Responsibilities
- Lead breakthrough research in quantum AI and neural network optimization
- Develop novel algorithms for autonomous decision-making systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to design next-generation AI processors

Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Machine Learning, or Computational Neuroscience (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in advanced AI research and development

- Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Strong background in mathematics (linear algebra, calculus, probability)
