Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum-enhanced neural networks
- Develop novel algorithms for autonomous decision-making systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize AI-quantum hybrid systems
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier journals/conferences
- Mentor PhD interns and junior researchers
- Secure $1M+ in annual research grants
- Present findings at Davos and World Economic Forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in advanced ML research with 20+ citations
- Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum programming frameworks
- Publication record at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent
- Experience with large-scale distributed computing (Spark/Kubernetes)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction protocols
- Track record of translating research into commercial products
