Responsibilities
- Lead R&D for quantum-enhanced neural networks processing petabyte-scale datasets
- Develop generative AI frameworks for autonomous climate response systems
- Architect bio-inspired algorithms for personalized medicine applications
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor cross-functional teams in ethical AI implementation
- Secure $5M+ in annual research grants from DARPA/NSF
- Prototype production-ready systems achieving 99.99% prediction accuracy
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI/Quantum Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum computing
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum programming (Qiskit)
- Track record of deploying AI systems at scale (>100M users)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation
- Strong background in computational biology or climate science modeling
