Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI architectures leveraging quantum-inspired neural networks
- Lead research in adaptive machine learning for predictive climate modeling
- Develop ethical AI frameworks for biometric authentication systems
- Collaborate with quantum computing specialists to optimize algorithmic efficiency
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier AI/quantum journals
- Secure multi-million dollar research grants from NSF and DARPA

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (2020-2023 graduates preferred)
- 3+ years experience in quantum machine learning or quantum-inspired algorithms
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Expertise in TensorFlow Quantum, PennyLane, or equivalent quantum ML frameworks
- Strong background in computational neuroscience and neuromorphic computing
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments (HPC, GPU/TPU clusters)
- Proven track record of securing competitive research grants
