Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI architectures for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-enhanced ML algorithms
- Publish top-tier research in IEEE/ACM venues with real-world deployment
- Establish ethical AI frameworks for next-generation autonomous decision engines
- Collaborate with futurists to define 10-year AI evolution roadmaps
- Secure $2M+ in research grants through NSF/NIH/DARPA partnerships
- Mentor PhD researchers in emerging AI paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/ML/AI with 5+ years of research experience
- Published record in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR with >50 citations
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuro-symbolic systems
- Proven experience deploying AI models in production environments
- Deep knowledge of ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong background in autonomous systems reinforcement learning
- Ability to translate theoretical concepts into patentable innovations
