Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge AI algorithms for quantum-enhanced neural networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI frameworks for 2026 deployment
- Collaborate with quantum computing specialists to optimize algorithmic efficiency
- Author peer-reviewed publications and secure patents in machine learning innovation
- Develop predictive models for autonomous systems in healthcare and robotics
- Mentor junior researchers through our '2026 Vision' incubation program
- Present findings at global AI symposiums including Neural Information Processing Systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Computing (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in applied machine learning with 3+ years in quantum algorithms
- Published research in top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, Nature AI)
- Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow Quantum, and D-Wave systems
- Proven track record of developing ethical AI governance frameworks
- Experience with autonomous system deployment in regulated industries
- Strong background in neuromorphic computing and neural interface design
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages
