Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced deep learning architectures for 2026-era applications
- Lead quantum-inspired AI research projects in partnership with MIT and Stanford
- Develop novel human-AI interaction protocols for seamless symbiosis
- Collaborate with neuromorphic engineering teams on hardware-software co-design
- Pioneer ethical AI frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature AI and IEEE journals
- Mentor PhD candidates in our 2026 AI Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Computing (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years publishing in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, federated learning, and quantum computing
- Proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow Quantum, and neuromorphic SDKs
- Strong background in cognitive science and human-AI interaction
- Track record of translating research into production-scale systems
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
