Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI frameworks
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to accelerate AI training
- Develop proprietary algorithms for real-time multimodal data fusion
- Secure patents for AI innovations with commercial potential
- Mentor junior researchers in advanced machine learning techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 5+ years in applied ML research with peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed training frameworks
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
- Experience with quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in ethical AI and bias mitigation
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
