Responsibilities
- Architect and implement novel AI algorithms for autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-ML hybrid models
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers in top-tier journals/conferences
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into scalable production systems
- Collaborate with ethics board to ensure responsible AI deployment
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants and partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in advanced ML research with 2+ publications at NeurIPS/ICML
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum computing
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks
- Track record of deploying models at scale (10M+ users)
- Strong background in AI ethics and governance frameworks
