Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Neuroscience (2020+ graduates preferred)
- Published 5+ papers in AI/quantum journals with >500 citations
- Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
- Experience with 100+ qubit quantum processors or neuromorphic chips
- Proven track record of securing government research grants
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
