Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel neural architectures for quantum-classical hybrid computing
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI frameworks for 2026 deployment
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals/conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Partner with product teams to translate research into commercial applications
- Mentor junior researchers through our AI Academy program
- Secure $1M+ in annual research grants from NSF and DARPA
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in transformer architectures, quantum algorithms, and federated learning
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier ML conferences
- Strong Python/C++ proficiency with PyTorch/TensorFlow mastery
- Experience leading research teams with $500K+ budgets
- Deep understanding of AI ethics and regulatory landscapes
- Portfolio of deployed AI systems serving 1M+ users
