Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI/ML with 5+ years industry research experience
- Published 20+ peer-reviewed papers in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, quantum computing, and neuromorphic engineering
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow with 10B+ parameter model deployment
- Experience securing NSF/DARPA grants for AI research
- Demonstrated ability to translate theory into commercial-grade systems
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, alignment, and long-term safety protocols
