- Mentor cross-functional teams in ML engineering and quantum computing
- Secure $5M+ in government and private research grants
- Present findings at Davos, NeurIPS, and World Economic Forums
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Quantum Computing, or Computational Neuroscience (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing production-level ML systems at scale
- Published research in top-tier journals (h-index > 20)
- Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow Quantum, and D-Wave systems
- Proven track record in ethical AI governance frameworks
- Experience securing DARPA/National Science Foundation grants
- Fluency in C++/Python with 10M+ parameter model deployment
