Responsibilities

- Author breakthrough research papers for top-tier publications (NeurIPS, ICML, Nature)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate research into production-ready solutions
- Secure federal grants and private funding for next-generation AI initiatives
- Mentor PhD candidates and postdoctoral researchers in advanced AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Published record in top-tier ML/AI conferences (10+ citations)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Demonstrated ability to secure competitive research funding (NSF, DARPA, etc.)
- Strong background in computational neuroscience or complex systems modeling
- Experience deploying AI models at scale on cloud/quantum platforms
- Portfolio of open-source contributions with 1k+ GitHub stars
