Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or Computational Physics
- 5+ years of industry experience with production-level AI systems
- Published research in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR with >200 citations
- Expertise in transformer architectures, federated learning, and MLOps
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum computing SDKs
- Strong background in ethical AI bias mitigation and explainable AI
- Experience securing federal research grants (NSF, DARPA, NIH)
- Portfolio demonstrating deployment of AI models at scale
