Responsibilities
- Proprietary Model Development: Design and implement novel neural network architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Research Translation: Bridge the gap between academic research papers and production-grade code using Python and PyTorch.
- System Optimization: Engineer high-performance inference pipelines capable of handling real-time, massive-scale data processing.
- Ethical AI Frameworks: Establish guidelines and technical safeguards for AI alignment and bias mitigation.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior researchers and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate AI into core products.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning research, with a strong portfolio of published work or significant open-source contributions.
- Core Skills: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray, Spark).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex algorithmic challenges and optimize deep learning models for speed and accuracy.
- Trend Awareness: Deep understanding of current AI trends and the specific challenges and opportunities defining the 2026 tech landscape.
