Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-enhanced neural architectures for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing neural-semantic processing frameworks
- Author breakthrough research papers for Nature AI and IEEE Quantum Computing
- Optimize real-time learning algorithms for edge-computing environments
- Collaborate with neuroscientists on brain-computer interface prototypes
- Patent novel AI methodologies with 10+ annual filings
- Mentor PhD candidates in next-generation ML techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Computational Neuroscience (2020-2026)
- 5+ years developing production-level AI systems with 99.99% accuracy
- Published research in top-tier journals (NeurIPS, Science AI, or equivalent)
- Expertise in TensorFlow Quantum and PyTorch 3.0+ frameworks
- Proficiency in C++/Python for high-performance neural network optimization
- Experience with neuromorphic computing architectures (Intel Loihi, IBM TrueNorth)
- Proven track record of scaling ML models to 10M+ parameter systems
