Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing production-level machine learning systems
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, or quantum computing
- Published research at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent tier conferences
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow and high-performance computing
- Strong background in ethical AI development and bias mitigation
- Experience securing federal research grants (preferred)
