What you'll achieve:

Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for real-time data processing
- Develop quantum algorithms for optimization problems in logistics and finance
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers in Agile sprints
- Secure $2M+ in NSF grants for applied AI research
- Mentor PhD candidates and publish 4+ peer-reviewed papers annually
- Translate theoretical models into production-ready systems with 99.9% uptime
- Present findings at AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics (or equivalent research experience)
- 5+ years in applied AI research with TensorFlow/PyTorch expertise
- Publication record in top-tier ML conferences (ICML, ICLR)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Cirq)
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems (Spark, Kubernetes)
- Strong background in reinforcement learning for robotics
- Ability to secure federal research funding
- Fluency in Python/C++ with 10k+ lines of production code
