Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives in quantum neural networks and next-generation AI architectures
- Develop novel algorithms for unsupervised learning and explainable AI systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate research into production-ready solutions
- Publish findings in top-tier journals (NeurIPS, ICML, Nature AI) and speak at global conferences
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants through NSF and DARPA partnerships
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates in our innovation incubator
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Published 5+ peer-reviewed papers in top-tier AI/ML venues
- Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
- Proven track record of deploying ML models at enterprise scale
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and generative models
- Experience with distributed computing systems (AWS/GCP/Azure)
