Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-inspired AI models for autonomous decision-making systems
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in neuromorphic computing and ethical AI frameworks
- Develop production-ready ML pipelines handling petabyte-scale datasets
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to optimize algorithm-hardware co-design
- Author breakthrough research papers for NeurIPS/ICML conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in advanced deep learning techniques
- Drive innovation in explainable AI and bias mitigation methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (MS + 5 years experience considered)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and tensor network computations
- Proven track record publishing at top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Mastery of PyTorch/TensorFlow with distributed training expertise
- Strong background in theoretical computer science and complexity theory
