Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-classical hybrid algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Develop error-correction frameworks for quantum neural networks
- Create integration protocols between quantum processors and classical AI systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen quantum-AI applications
- Research and implement novel quantum machine learning techniques
- Optimize quantum circuit performance for real-world AI deployment
- Collaborate with hardware teams to advance quantum computing infrastructure
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or AI systems at scale
- Proficiency in Python, Qiskit, TensorFlow Quantum, and Cirq
- Publication record in quantum machine learning or top-tier AI conferences
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with NISQ-era hardware constraints and mitigation strategies
