Responsibilities
- Design quantum-AI hybrid frameworks for next-gen cybersecurity protocols
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing fault-tolerant quantum neural networks
- Translate complex quantum algorithms into scalable AI solutions
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-classical computing interfaces
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for autonomous quantum decision systems
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board of directors
- Drive innovation through quarterly quantum computing hackathons
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or advanced AI architecture
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit) and AI frameworks
- Experience with quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Track record of leading $1M+ R&D projects in emerging technologies
- Strong background in ethical AI development and quantum ethics
