- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-classical hybrid computing workflows
- Publish research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) and present at premier conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil) and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and high-performance computing
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction, entanglement protocols, and decoherence mitigation
