Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize deep learning algorithms for production environments with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
- Design and implement data pipelines to collect, process, and train large-scale datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into user-facing products.
- Research and prototype novel AI architectures to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical vision of the engineering department.
- Ensure model accuracy, robustness, and ethical compliance in all AI implementations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on Machine Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Experience with distributed computing systems (e.g., Spark, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, NLP, or Computer Vision.
- Proven track record of deploying models to production and monitoring their performance.
