Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Lead research initiatives in generative AI, quantum computing integration, and edge computing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI solutions in healthcare, logistics, and energy sectors
- Optimize algorithms for real-time processing and resource efficiency in distributed environments
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and translate research into production-ready innovations
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to open-source projects advancing 2026's AI standards
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in production-level AI/ML development with Python and frameworks like TensorFlow/PyTorch
- Expertise in deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning
- Proven track record of deploying models at scale in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong background in data engineering, MLOps, and CI/CD pipelines for ML systems
- Experience with quantum computing basics or edge AI architectures preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
