Responsibilities
- Architect next-gen ML pipelines using quantum-optimized frameworks
- Develop generative AI models for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying ethical AI solutions with bias mitigation
- Research and implement neuromorphic computing algorithms for edge AI
- Create explainable AI interfaces for non-technical stakeholders
- Optimize neural networks for quantum-resistant cryptography
- Drive innovation in federated learning across decentralized networks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent industry breakthrough (published at NeurIPS/ICML)
- 5+ years building production ML systems handling petabyte-scale datasets
- Mastery of PyTorch/TensorFlow with quantum computing integration experience
- Expertise in MLOps, Kubernetes, and serverless architecture
- Published research in explainable AI or federated learning
- Proficiency in Rust/C++ for high-performance AI deployment
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (Intel Loihi, IBM TrueNorth)
