Responsibilities

- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to hybridize classical and quantum ML approaches

- Mentor junior engineers and publish breakthrough research in top-tier AI conferences
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Horovod)
- Proven track record deploying production ML systems handling >1B daily predictions
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and multi-agent systems
- Proficiency in C++/Rust for high-performance model optimization
- Experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) preferred
- Published research in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent tier conferences
