Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the AI and machine learning strategy for 2026, aligning with the company's long-term vision.
- Lead the identification, evaluation, and prioritization of AI opportunities across all business units.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to define AI product roadmaps and feature sets.
- Stay ahead of AI industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in AI development, including ethical AI and responsible innovation.
- Present AI strategy and progress to executive leadership and stakeholders, securing buy-in and resources.
- Mentor and develop a team of AI researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in AI and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful AI strategies in a large organization.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, including deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate AI strategy to diverse audiences.
