Responsibilities

- <li>Lead the research and development of proprietary Generative AI models, focusing on efficiency, hallucination reduction, andmultimodal capabilities.</li>
- <li>Define technical roadmaps for AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with 2026 strategic goals and regulatory standards.</li>
- <li>Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate advanced AI concepts into market-ready software solutions.</li>
- <li>Optimize model inference latency and improve GPU utilization across distributed cloud environments.</li>
- <li>Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.</li>
- <li>Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Edge AI) to integrate them into our core stack.</li>

Qualifications
- <ul>
- <li>Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.</li>
- <li>Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.</li>
- <li>Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow).</li>
- <li>Extensive experience designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.</li>
- <li>Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).</li>
- <li>Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects from conception to deployment.</li>
- <li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.</li>
