Responsibilities
- Architect AI roadmaps targeting 2026 breakthroughs in autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Lead cross-functional teams of ML engineers, neuroscientists, and futurists
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding for frontier AI projects
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI deployment in regulated industries
- Present findings at global tech summits including Davos and Web Summit
- Mentor next-gen talent in our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML or equivalent with 8+ years in applied AI development
- Published research in Nature/Science on transformative AI applications
- Proven track record shipping AI systems at scale (10M+ users)
- Expertise in quantum computing integration and neuromorphic systems
- Experience with EU AI Act and global regulatory frameworks
- Portfolio of projects predicting 2026 technology inflection points
- Certified in Responsible AI by Partnership on AI
