Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience with AI specialization
- 8+ years developing production-scale AI systems at FAANG or Tier-1 tech firms
- Proven expertise in transformer architectures and generative models
- Strong publication record in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Experience leading AI teams of 15+ engineers and researchers
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders
