Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 AI strategy framework, integrating quantum machine learning and generative AI paradigms
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of researchers, engineers, and ethicists to develop next-gen AI prototypes
- Establish industry-first ethical standards for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Forge strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies to pilot 2026-ready AI solutions
- Present disruptive innovations at global forums including Davos and TED AI
- Drive commercialization of breakthrough technologies with $50M+ R&D budget
- Mentor the next generation of AI futurists through our Nexus Academy program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years in AI/ML
- Proven track record of deploying production-level quantum computing or neural network systems
- Expertise in federated learning and differential privacy frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum algorithms
- Experience leading teams of 15+ researchers across multiple continents
- Deep understanding of Singularity Institute and Long-term AI Safety principles
- Proficiency in PyTorch Quantum, Cirq, and neuromorphic hardware
- Authorization for US government security clearance (TS/SCI preferred)
