- Lead quantum-AI hybrid system prototyping with 20+ engineers
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Forge partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU Tech Council for R&D
- Author white papers on ethical AI governance for 2030 regulatory frameworks
- Manage $5M innovation budget for pilot projects with Fortune 500 clients
- Mentor PhD candidates through our 'Future Leaders Fellowship' program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives to >$100M revenue impact
- Expertise in federated learning and explainable AI (XAI) frameworks
- Experience testifying before congressional tech policy committees
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Certification in ISO 26000 ESG standards and UN SDG frameworks
