Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for AI and emerging technologies

- Design ethical AI governance frameworks and compliance protocols
- Conduct horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies (quantum, bio-AI, etc.)
- Translate technical concepts into executive-level strategic recommendations
- Partner with product teams to integrate future trends into development cycles
- Represent company at global tech policy forums and innovation summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI Ethics, or related field
- 5+ years in AI strategy, futures research, or emerging tech roles
- Deep expertise in AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proven track record in translating tech trends to business strategy
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research or thought leadership on AI ethics/policy
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
