Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging AI technologies and societal impacts by 2026
- Architect strategic roadmaps for integrating next-gen AI (quantum/neuromorphic) into enterprise solutions
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and sentient AI prototypes
- Collaborate with product teams to design human-centric interfaces for AI co-pilots
- Author thought leadership on AI's role in climate modeling and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members with data-backed projections
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Cognitive Science, or Futuristics with 5+ years applied research experience
- Proven track record in developing ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation systems
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning or neuromorphic computing architectures
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published work on AI's societal impact (e.g., papers at NeurIPS, FAccT, or similar)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ large-scale AI system deployments with measurable ROI
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
