Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 AI roadmaps aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals and OECD AI principles
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI hybrid systems for climate modeling
- Advise C-suite executives on ethical AI governance and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Author white papers on human-AI collaboration paradigms for IEEE and Nature journals
- Design neural-interface protocols for seamless human-computer symbiosis
- Coordinate with DARPA and EU Horizon Europe on next-gen AI safety standards
- Mentor PhD fellows in exponential technology ethics and responsible innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 10+ years AI strategy experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, NeurIPS) on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Expertise in federated learning, explainable AI (XAI), and neuromorphic architectures
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives from concept to $100M+ commercialization
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning algorithms and post-quantum cryptography
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Security clearance eligibility for classified government AI projects
- Speaking engagements at TED, Davos, or equivalent global tech forums
