Responsibilities
- Design and execute the 2026 AI vision roadmap, identifying disruptive opportunities across healthcare, climate tech, and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum computing specialists, neuroscientists, and roboticists to build next-gen AI prototypes
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 deployment scenarios
- Forge strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and governments to pilot AI transformation initiatives
- Present breakthrough research at Davos and top-tier AI conferences
- Mentor PhD candidates in our AI Accelerator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 8+ years of experience in advanced ML/NLP systems
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum machine learning
- Proven track record of deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions impacting $1B+ markets
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and neuromorphic computing
- Experience advising UN/WEF on AI policy frameworks
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming languages
- Portfolio of 3+ patented AI systems
