Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech disruptions and market opportunities
- Design human-centered AI interfaces that prioritize accessibility and emotional intelligence
- Partner with policymakers to shape responsible AI governance frameworks
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite executives and international stakeholders
- Drive innovation in sustainable tech solutions for climate resilience
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in AI/ML with proven experience in large-scale system architecture
- Deep expertise in quantum computing algorithms and neural-symbolic integration
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, or equivalent)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology foresight projects with real-world impact
- Proficiency in future-mapping tools (scenario planning, Delphi method, etc.)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred) and ML frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
