- Conduct horizon-scanning analysis of quantum-AI hybridization potentials
- Design ethical frameworks for AGI governance models with UN-aligned principles
- Forge industry coalitions to establish 6G-quantum communication standards
- Author white papers on AI's socioeconomic impact for Davos and WEF forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 10+ years in applied neural networks
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum machine learning
- Proven experience architecting systems for 2025+ technological inflection points
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures beyond current GPT-4 paradigms
- Security clearance for classified quantum-AI defense projects
