Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for AI/ML integration across verticals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI systems
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips)
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to commercialize breakthrough technologies
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Mentor junior researchers in speculative design methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic planning
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Proven track record of launching enterprise AI products
- Expertise in speculative design and scenario planning
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
