Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI integration in healthcare, climate modeling, and space exploration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI systems (neural networks, AGI frameworks)
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Partner with academic institutions to pioneer quantum-AI hybrid architectures
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies in biocomputing and synthetic biology
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Futurology with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science) on machine learning or quantum computing
- Proven track record of launching AI products with >$100M ARR
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, EU AI Act)
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: neuromorphic chips, generative adversarial networks, decentralized AI
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
