Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI-powered foresight frameworks to forecast technological disruptions 3-5 years ahead
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into strategic product roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to identify emerging talent
- Author quarterly innovation briefs for executive leadership and board of directors
- Design ethical AI governance protocols for next-generation autonomous systems
- Represent the company at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
- Mentor internal innovation teams on strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in AI research, strategic planning, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating technological trends into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in machine learning architectures and emerging AI paradigms
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Published work in technology forecasting or strategic innovation journals
