- Partner with academic institutions to pioneer breakthrough research in human-AI symbiosis
- Drive ethical AI frameworks ensuring responsible development of autonomous systems
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and investor stakeholders
- Mentor talent in future-focused methodologies and speculative design
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML with proven track record in emerging technology deployment
- Expertise in quantum computing algorithms or neural network architecture
- Published thought leadership in AI ethics or future tech trends
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary R&D teams (50+ members)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Cognitive Engineering, or Futuristics
- Proficiency in speculative design tools and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscape for autonomous systems
- Portfolio showcasing at least 3 commercially deployed AI innovations
