Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for 2026-era AI frameworks and neural interfaces
- Develop patent-pending algorithms for quantum-resistant cryptography and autonomous decisioning systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate predictive analytics into enterprise transformation
- Represent the company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership on AI ethics
- Mentor a team of 12 researchers in emerging technologies including synthetic biology and neuromorphic computing
- Architect ethical AI governance frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 8+ years in R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on machine learning or computational theory
- Proven track record deploying production AI systems with >99.9% accuracy
- Deep expertise in quantum computing architectures and post-quantum cryptography
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation strategies
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
