Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI frameworks designed to support the demands of the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead research initiatives into emerging technologies, including Quantum Computing integration and Neural Interfaces.
- Define technical roadmaps for predictive intelligence engines and autonomous systems.
- Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and software engineers.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate futuristic concepts into deployable software solutions.
- Ensure system security, efficiency, and ethical AI compliance across all projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specializing in AI and Machine Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) and reinforcement learning.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is preferred.
