Responsibilities
- Architecting the Future: Design and implement cutting-edge AI/ML architectures that align with the strategic roadmap for 2026 and beyond.
- Model Development: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Machine Learning models, from data ingestion and training to deployment and monitoring.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Predictive Strategy: Develop advanced forecasting models to drive business intelligence and strategic decision-making.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, bias mitigation protocols, and regulatory compliance standards.
- System Scalability: Optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) to handle massive data throughput and low-latency requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Engineering roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) is highly desirable.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architecture.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for stakeholders.
