Job Description
We are seeking a visionary AI & Future Tech Lead to spearhead our research and development initiatives for the 2026 roadmap. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and scalable production systems, leading a team of elite engineers to build the next generation of intelligent agents and generative models.

You will define the technical strategy, mentor high-performing teams, and ensure our solutions remain at the cutting edge of innovation.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions that drive business growth.
- Lead the research and implementation of emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Neural Interfaces.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for data governance, ethical AI, and model security.
- Conduct deep-dive technical research and contribute to patent publications.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI research.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
