- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to address ethical implications of AI acceleration
- Establish real-time monitoring systems for AI behavior in high-stakes environments
- Produce white papers on AI ethics for industry standards bodies and policymakers
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with AI specialization
- 5+ years developing AI governance frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for machine learning models
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Published research on AI existential risks or alignment problems
- Experience with quantum computing ethics or neuromorphic systems
- Certified AI Ethics Auditor (e.g., IEEE, ACM)
