- Author whitepapers on emerging AI ethics paradigms for industry conferences
- Mentor cross-functional teams on responsible AI implementation practices

Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years implementing AI governance frameworks in enterprise environments
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for machine learning systems
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving US regulations
- Proven track record of publishing in peer-reviewed ethics journals
- Experience with multi-stakeholder consensus-building in tech ethics
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
